"Untied"

In the heavenly starlight of rolling spheres fullness,

On top of soft hills wonder, that rests on grassy fields,

We float around the houses, in the undulating likeness

Of beings whose time has past, of roving shadows cast

In rings we join the cauldron of endless flickering prisms,

We look in through the windows, infinity is our lineaments,

With the gates of mirth before us, the gates of mirth behind us,

Futures left glad behind, we know not where to wander.

"In Mourning"

Free thee thine inanimate decline,

And make thee whole thy tortured soul,

Thy lit, unlit eyes dark as thy skies,

Turning to mold all they blindly behold

Where do I now go? cast down despot till,

These lies unbound, shut out of my mind,

Deathly trapped in ill secret falling,

Without you I doubt, will never I stand?

I muse not to forgive myself of this loss.

"The Vanishing Point"

I feel motion from without, 

The moon set in place,

The earth standing still, 

Dare I rise to meet you again, 

A change of fate,

And hold crystal these shattering eyes

I close every door and stroke the wall

Prayers for help, given  me something,

Prayers for this to end well,

But I cannot move.

I am frozen lying still before

The immortal hone of fire and steel

An unearthly tone, 

A fawning cry, 

And velvet hands all I do feel.

You are enveloped in light, 

An atmosphere deep blue

As the image passes softly through

Disaster just touching, 

A staggering animal

A vertical head, 

And I walk toward you

This could be the bludgeoning demise

This could be the end of all things

But I'll be fed to hungry dogs,

All of us thrown to the kennel's teeth,

If you aren't here, 

My love, O' my love

I have found you in dreams,

Holding tight to your hand

The sky turning green, 

The winds shifting below

This cannot he happening! 

I must never let go!

"Hunger"

I hunger of a city, 

And I thirst of an ocean

I climb to the Heavens and see your face

The secret light shines

Bright through the seams

Of landscapes now lost, 

Shown only in dreams

And there is a lie from within 

Which shall be undone

I wander deeply, 

In the light of the sun

Finding them true is forgetting all else

The impossible is seen 

I hold what cannot be held

What has hindered me, 

Now, is but dirt on to walk

But I have felt the earth move beneath my feet

And I have known nether skies, 

I shall not be far

So I wander deeply, 

In the light of the stars

The cars won't start, 

There is no more food, 

And I hardly care

The city is quiet, 

The people glow, 

What strange clothes they wear

When did they leave their homes so safe, 

And where find this sacred light?

Tell me, Lovely, 

That I might know, 

That I too may join the night

For that which use to speak with me 

Speaks with me no more

There use to be a wall for me, 

But I cannot find the door

If relevance is to feel, 

To feel your beating heart

And freedom is to nullify 

The striving head, in part,

I am in the labyrinth, 

Neither relevant nor free
